{"id":2049,"date":"2022-10-19T09:21:14","date_gmt":"2022-10-19T09:21:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tgmsrl.com\/development-technology-tgm-2\/fitness\/"},"modified":"2025-09-03T13:44:49","modified_gmt":"2025-09-03T13:44:49","slug":"fitness","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/mail.tgmmeccanicadiprecisione.it\/en\/development-technology-tgm-2\/fitness\/","title":{"rendered":"Fitness"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Production of precision mechanics for gym equipment.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In this sector we work with major players worldwide, and we are able to provide a complete service starting from the production of the parts &#8211; with all the mechanical machining, all the heat treatments and surface coatings or painting required &#8211;  to the assembly of the various parts to deliver the pre-assembled parts directly to the customer&#8217;s installation departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even in this sector &#8211; where there are defined schedules and timeframes for the entire supply chain &#8211; the utmost punctuality in deliveries is required to help the customer in its own production management.<br>Often for this sector TGM also takes care of the prototyping service to verify the future industrialisation of the project. The guarantees required are very demanding in terms of quality and the materials used are the most varied from metals to plastics and resins.
